Hall fees

Start date: 1. September 2013

Academic year 2013/14

Monthly fee - to be paid 12 times per annum

Without written confirmation of enrolment an additional fee of € 40, - is to be paid.

All costs such as electricity, heating, internet, television etc are included in the hall fee.

Security deposit

This one-off security deposit is then held against any charges or damages to your room during your stay in Hall as well as for unpaid fees. It will be returned without interests and after deduction of cleaning costs of € 29,-- or other unpaid fees when you leave the Hall.

You need to bring with you your bedding (pillows and duvets) and your bed linen (except ERASMUS students, they can borrow it against a fee)

The exact hall fee is revised yearly by the landlord (OÖ Heimbauverein).
