Per month (12x per year)
Beginning 1st September 2011 (School year 2011/2012)

Without proof of student enrollment there is an additional fee of € 39, - to pay

The charge includes all Bills (Energy, Heating, etc.)


Deposit
For the provided furniture, possible damages, or default, you have to make a one-time payment. After you resign, we will return the full amount paid minus € 28. - as a cleaning charge and demand charges.

Bedding and Bed linen need to be brought along for hygienically reasons.

The amount of the contribution will be laid down on a yearly base by the dwelling house building association.
