There are many parks in the surrounding area of the Europahaus. All single and double rooms are full furnished including a bathroom and a refrigerator. The flats are half furnished (without a bed) with a kitchenette. In every floor is a communal kitchen where you can meet other residents. The dorm is next to the dorm Froschberg 7.

The train station is 10 minutes to walk and the busses bring you from there directly to the university. If you study at the private pedagogical university (Diözese) you can take the bus, which stops next to the dorm, or enjoy the 15 minutes walk to the university. The stadium, shops, pharmacy, bars and restaurants are near the Europahaus.
